Formed in 2002, Carroll County Waste Services was developed to service the refuse needs of the residents of Eldersburg and Sykesville, Maryland. Since that time we have expanded our operations to include Finksburg, parts of Westminster, and Mt. Airy. While there are some areas of Carroll County that we do not currently service, we are continuing to grow and are constantly extending our route boundaries in order to service the needs of more and more customers. We take pride in giving our customers the best service possible. As a matter of fact, our company slogan “Our service will make you smile,” says it all.
